Michelle is a senior independent management consultant with extensive experience in the B.C. public sector. She specializes in project management, program leadership, and management of technical and functional teams. She has worked in several sectors and industries including Justice, Advanced Education, Finance, Revenue Management Services, and BC Lotteries.

Dirk is a Civil Engineer and software designer with experience managing projects in commercial construction, environmental contamination, and software design. He has worked with BC Ministry of Education and the Department of National Defence and taken on large projects in heavy industry with Imperial Oil and Dow Chemical.
